I booked two tickets through Travelocity from LA to Acapulco. They put us on Mexicana which ultimately went bankrupt. When I called and emailed Travelocity to get a refund I was told "bad luck, you have to do it yourself with the airline. I BOOKED WITH TRAVELOCITY, TRAVELOCITY TOOK MY MONEY.
