My Poupette was recommended to us by Pay Pal to authenticate a bag my daughter bought online. She sent the money through Amazon and was quoted a 2 day response. She filled in their form, sent detailed photos and has sent many follow up emails to see why she has had no response. They do not respond to any of the emails. We have now been waiting 4 weeks. Pay Pal want to close the claim because she can't produce the certificate My Poupette promised. Are these 3 companies in collusion?
