My name is Curtiss Graves I am a SGT in the USA active ARMY. I have a 2002 cadillac DTS polo edition Grey vehicle. Car will not start I had my vehicle towed to Milo Gordan on 26 FEB 2011 and my appointment was in placed for 01 MAR 2011. Nonetheless I have been up to the parts and services on Tuesday 01 MAR 2011 day of my appointment my car wasn't looked at then again today 03 MAR 2011 my car still wasn't looked at I've have been with out my vehicle for almost 2 weeks.
