I called 140 from my cell Jan 2011 enquiring when my contract expires & what procedure to follow to have in cancelled. I was told my your consultants that my contract expires end March 2011 & that I just need to phone again a month before the time & request for it to me cancelled. I phoned again today and was told that my contract now expires end April 2011 & that I must send a letter giving notice. My contract came into effect 7/4/2009.
