I would like to submit the official complaint regarding Tata Communications and Internet Services Ltd. I applied for subscription for New Infinity Plus Plan - 500 KBPS on 31 January, 2011 for which the installation was done on 6th/7th February, 2011. Since installation in the first week of february, 2011, the signals were very weak and many a times, were not accessible.
