I booked for a parcel to be delivered from South Africa to Qatar. The cost of that was R655.50. The courier came when my husband (with a broken foot) was all alone at home. Even though the security guard at the gate told him that he is home and he must just wait the courier services just decided to leave. This without phoning the telephone number that was provided. It is three hours later and I am still waiting even though I was told that they will send someone immediately. Believe me even if I pay double next time DHL will not be my courier service. read full review »
