I requested a reassement of my house in November 2008 and I was told by someone in the insurance division that they would reassess and let me know if there would be an adjustment to my mortgage and that never happened nor did I receive any documentation regarding my request on November 20, 2008. I also was told that I qualify for a loan modification in late February 2009 based our income, profit & loss statements (dated February 10, 2009) and other information that was faxed to them.
