Bad company I ordered and received 3 pairs of sunglasses from go optic but one of the pairs had a broken arm. I returned the faulty sunglasses to them at considerable cost (Australia). They emailed me and claimed that there was evidence I had used a pair of pliers on the brand new sunglasses!!! I emailed them photos of the sunglasses that I had taken before I returned them which showed no evidence of pliers being used on the sunglasses and still they would not honor their own warranty policy.
