COMCAST sales department promised free installation, free wireless router, free DTA boxes and then COMCAST billed me $200 for what I was told would be free. They read a script and never listen to people; service people/conractors are poorly trained and can't solve problems, they do not arrive in the time they say they will come, and they have a host of hidden charges for everything. The TV service is the worst I have ever had and it is off more than satelitte TV, but they still bill you. DON'T switch to COMCASt, THEIR REPS LIE!! read full review »
