I ordered an n-joy cigarette kit from the distributor/seller of N-Joy in France. The distributor has been handling the business very poorly. When I ordered it I never received any confirmation by email, nor tracking information, therefore the package was sitting at the post office and I somehow managed to find it. Nevertheless, one of the batteries was defective and I tried to contact the seller by email. I never received a response.
