I bought Samsung gas dryer (DV407AG) on Nov of 2009. After using for about months, the drying clothes needs 2-4 hours. I did all the troubleshooting according to the manual, and still need longer time (2-4 hours). I called the Samsung customer service for times. They came to my house to repair the dryer last year during my warranty time, but they still charged me $70. After then, it still needs longer dryer time.
