I visit Lowes in Tucson, AZ, dozens of times every year. I will never set foot in their stores again. I visited a Tucson store recently and checked with customer service. I was looking for an advertisement printed in ENGLISH. The clerk advised me that they were all out. They only had spanish ad's. This is probably the 10th time that I had to go to customer service to request literature on products that are printed in ENGLISH. read full review »
