In October of 2006 we purchased a Whirlpool front load washer. It is a Whirlpool Duet washer. After trying to speak to a live person at customer service I had to put in a automated service request, F-10. The service tech showed up and informed me that two circuit boards on my new washer were bad. He said it would take 10 days to get the replacements. Why, if Whirlpool has a local authorized service company are they not supplied with replacement parts in a timely manner? Why was I as the customer told to call the service... read full review »
