The rates they are charging people on previous contracts are redicoulous.when natural gas & electricity rates are 30 % to 40% higher priced than any other compeditor, they should be obliged to let their customers know that the rates could be lowerd by a simple phone call.Instead they seem to be more interested in taking your hard earned money! read full review »
