Comcast increased my bill to $180 more a year while advertising $99 a month for the same service. I asked that they charge me the same price they are currently advertising. Their response was "Our promotional pricing is in place to attract new and upgrading customers to our products and services with the hopes of retaining them as valued customers such as yourself.
