I hope I can help someone who might be going through a terrible time with Comcast. I spoke with customer service at least six times since I ordered high speed internet, telephone and cable T.V. service. It all started with a low yearly rate, and a promise that I was not just getting the 99 channels. My bill came and the price was not what I had been promised.
