I was sent an email by Godaddy.com that it was time soon to renew my account. Since I never used it I decided that I would not renew it and thus not pay the next years fee in advance. I was unable to log onto my account and after several requests I was NEVER sent help to do so such as password reminder, etc. In contacting "customer service" all I could ever get was how to fix my problem which was really their problem.
