I bought a new 2011 Expedition on DEC 2010 on a FRI night so I was unable to get the vehicle washed at the time. However, I was promised that I could just call my salesman and bring it in when, I picked up the tag in two weeks. Well two weeks came and no tags. I tried calling my salesman but he was never in and never returned my calls.
