I bought a brand new 2009 Lexus RX 350 from Kendall Lexus in Eugene Oregon. After taking delivery of the car I noticed a problem with the transmission. Frequently when the transmission shifts from 1st gear into 2nd gear it slips, the engine revs up about 1000 rps and then catches into 2nd gear. I contacted Kendall Lexus In Eugene Oregon and talked to the service manager.
