This company is a small 'home-town' company who wants to play with the big boys (Orkin, Terminix, etc..). The owner actually was Terminix district manager for years (if that tells you anything). I went to work for them with the promises of 'big pay' and a 'great family atmosphere'. Well, the pay started out well and slowly went down hill the longer I worked there.
