Storm heating = rude /unprofessional customer service - incompetent engineers Engineer came round to check out what was wrong with the boiler.First commented on the make of the boiler and lack of its qualities. Then kept asking which information I had read online and what the error code related to. Eventually said that needed to order spare part. Spare part supposedly arrived on a Friday to be installed on Monday. took Monday off as storm heating can only tell you on the day if it s going to be a am/pm appointment.
