1. Flew from Detroit to Dubai on 1/29/11 . The boarding tickets for the flight from New York to Dubai was issued at Detroit. However, on reaching JFK, we were told to have the boarding cards issued again. When we requested to have an expedited processing due to our "mentally challenged" son, the agent quipped: "we do not care about it" - a display of arrogance as none other.
