My daughter booked a trip and then due to an emergency, called to cancel the next day. They told her that she needed to speak with a specific person and that person was not in. They would not let her talk with a person to cancel her trip, so she emailed them. She never received a response (this was the same email address in which they promptly replied to her questions about the trip before she signed up).
