I have never had a problem like this. My wife and I booked 4 nights in sheridan 5 star in palawan Philippines. we got the price 712.00, when we checked out the hotel said this company overcharged us 120.00 usd. after many complaints to agodo. we were turned away dissatisfied. something hotels.com would never do. I will never use this sight again, nore will I recommened to anyone. read full review »
