This is the worst company when it comes to customer service I have ever dealt with. I originally started to order the product I had seen advertised on TV but never finished placing my order. After I read the terms and agreement I exited out of the screen and never received a confirmation number. About a few weeks later I noticed I had been charged for shipping and I now have a package on my door step I never wanted.
