I decided to try Radialabs wrinkle reducer and ordered it on Dec. 13th. I received it Jan. 6th. There was nothing in the box that it came with to tell me how their billing worked so I decided I better call before even trying the product. When I called the connection was terrible. It made me wonder where in the world are they doing business. You aren't sure if you can try the product for free and then order if you think it works or as it turned out you are charged in 14 days and then can't return it.
