To all potential customers of Newway Semiconductor, Inc with address at No 153 HanCheng Road, Xian Buyer Beware!! I liaised with this guy called Hower Zhao Xin Wen of above company. He is a con man who will cheat your money. I advanced TT my money over and he just sent me some unknown, useless wafers. I emailed and called him numerous times but he dare not pick up my call or replied my emails. This shows his guiltiness.
