I have written to Wells Fargo several times before today. I have a HELOC with Wells. Wells is the 4th company to hold the HELOC and the only one to repeatedly hassle me about insurance. Several months ago, I wrote to them by first class mail, by FAX, and via their web site; and I provided proof of insurance. But once again, they are sending me a binder from another company and saying they will charge me for that insurance - insurance that I do not need.
