I have tried calling customer service to repair a PowerBob each of the last 4 days and every time I call the person I speak with tells me a rep will call me back AND NOBODY HAS EVER ACTUALLY CALLED ME BACK. The only bed I have to sleep on is unusable and nobody from Bob's will call me back to send a technician to fix it! Bob's sells cheap stuff and won't fix it Stay Away! read full review »
