I have been a member of Bally Total Fitness and couldn't be more unpleased with this company. They denied my cancelation but never explained the terms in which you could cancel. Apparently they have a 3 year contract you have no way of getting out of. Anyone looking for a health club I strongly advise to stay away from them! The facility is extremely unsanitary.
