I've had Cricket wireless for over a year. At first things were great. Nice phone, unlimited everything (text, talk, internet, etc.) for $50 a month. Problem is the customer service. It is nearly impossible to get in touch with a live person by phone and when you do they rarely have an answer to your question or are able to help. I have to say that the horrible customer service trumps the $50 unlimited monthly bill. Would not ever recommend to anyone. There's no point in having a low monthly cost for a phone if the company is going to cut the phone off at their own free will. Just terrible! read full review »
