Dear Sir This is to hereby bring to your notice that I purchased a Sony Ericsson X10 phone on June 27, 2010. For the past couple of weeks I am facing battery backup problem in this handset. I took my handset to the Sony authorized service station (in Darya Ganj) for this problem. They upgraded my handset's software and told to me to check the backup now.
