Hi My name is Emma Nicholls and I live in Australia. I purchase a bag off eBay which was stated to be authentic. When I received the bag i still thought it was until someone suggested I look online and they thought it wad not a genuine Louis Vuitton. After investigating I decided to put a claim through paypal as there were items both on the bag and what it came with that gave me doubts.
