My husband was in a car accident over a year ago. We got Winters & Yonkers to "help" with our case. We had to get all doctors bills and mail them to them, we feel like they have not done the first thing to help us. We call them at least once a week and all we get out of them is the attorney is out or on vaction. We have even told them we would be willing to take the offer from the other insurance company and we can not get Winters & Yonkers to call us back and let us know if anything has happened with our case.
