AT&T
It is a shame that AT&T can't take responsibility on why the internet does not work. They blame the customers and manage to make the customer feel that it is the customer's fault. When they to admit that it is their fault for only 170 customers being without internet service for 3 days this time.
The last time it was a week without the Internet. This is not to mention how the techs lie especially the techs in the Phillipines who barely speak English.
Customer service is non existent at best. I guess someone will have to file a complaint with the FCC. I hope this will not be an every month thing!!! read full review »
