I wished I had read these complaints sooner because it would have saved me $175 of fees. I was told to send in the REFUNDABLE fees in order to start the paper work for my trip to carribean for 7 day cruise and two round trip airfares to any where in the US. I did not send them the form by certified mail and therefore my contract was voided. But they promise to send me the refundable fees and never did.
