Ordered a corner fireplace and damage was discovered upon unpacking, Cymax refuses to replace it as they say it was not annotated on the delivery form. A friend accepted it and I unpacked it upon arrving home from work just a few hours later. The entire back of the fireplace was damaged/broken and cracked. Called Cymax immmediately to report it. Then sent email as instructed with photographs. All this to n0 avail, as they place the blame back to me that the gigantic package was not unpacked in front of the delivery driver and annotated.
