Recently I started receiving a lot of calls from Portfolio Collection Agency! When I finally got to the bottom of it; it turns out that AT&T sold my personal information to them for a debt that had long been overlooked and not paid. The info was wrong and they are still calling me even after I disputed the issues..This is 2011 and that debt was in 1997. Surely there should be a law against it and there should be a law against companies trying to come back after thirteen years to collect an old debt long after it has already been written... read full review »

Yahoo! Is yet another one of these companies that takes our money and treats us like shit! I can't figure out why I am still with them other that I don't want to go through the hassel of transferring all my info and stuff over to the new Gooogle account I have already set up. Yahoo! has more spam than I can even put a gauge on. They tell you to set things up so you don't get and you still get it...I have done all those things suggested and everyday I continually still get 50-75 Spam in my email account. Over the years of service I have usually received very good customer service help. Over the last year couple of years. this has all changed.. Today I called in to AT&T to order a new modem. I had already previously called in weeks earlier, everything had been documented time and again in the account the problem/issue I was having.
