I bought a box of Sublime Mousse #83 Golden Medium Blonde hair color from Loreal. I colored my hair today and it turned out BLACK! My hair was a light brown when I started. I called Loreal and although they were very polite, the best they can do is send me a refund, for $8 and some change!?! How is that going to help fix my hair? I have black hair! Now, I am going to drop twice as much at the salon to have them fix this mess. Im so upset. That will be the last time I ever buy at home hair color. Thanks a lot Loreal! read full review »
