I am a policy holder from Mumbai. While starting the policy the agent came over and was very quick to complete all formalities. After the first year of collecting the cheques for the premium he slowly shifts his base office from mumbai to some other place and doesnot even care to collect the cheqs. I enquired from other agent whether they would deposit my cheq as I and my husband are both working.
