I can't believe this company is still in business. Please do not order anything from Appliance Zone. I ordered a part for my gas oven and they sent the wrong part. I even dug out the error on their diagram and reported it to them. 11 emails later to Amber at their "customer service" dept. and I still have not received a refund or replacement part. They are in business to take your money but are not responsible for what they send you. Check out BBB's rating- many, many complaints - the majority of which are part refund complaints. read full review »
