I purchased a bed through Sears and what I received was not what was in the picture. The package came opened and banged up. It was supposed to be agift. Now cymax is saying that I have to pay to to ship it and a 25% restocking fee. Cymax is a rip off. i will never do business with them or Sears again. They say the bed has to be damaged in order to not be charged the 25 % but the package also must not be opened according to the store. Who is playing whom? This is a joke. read full review »
