virgin mobile broadband was a nice service. But after the service switch to the 5g limit connections don't hold. and customer service doesnt answer emails. im dropping the service and going to another im hoping many more will follow. Im going to file a BBB report everyone here that thinks the service is bad please file a report! I have noticed that the speeds have been slowed even when im in the 5gb limit.
