I am a customer of Kotak Mahindra Bank who was investing funds in insurance policies and mutual funds as advised by my Relationship Manager - Priyanka Girotra working in the Kotak Mahindra Bank, Branch - New Friends Colony, New Delhi, India. I had recently asked her to take my funds invested in 3 insurance policies for which i had paid premium for 3 years and 1 year had lapsed since the last premium paid.
