We had bought the tickets about 2 months prior to our travel date and we confirmed them the night before our departure. When we got to the airport after waiting in line for about 20 minutes, one of their service representatives approached us and about five other families and told us the the flight was already closed. This was about an hour and a half before departure. They had us wait for the longest time and at the end they would not give us a straight answer.
