I made a reservation for two days, but one of the days we didn't show up for check in -- we had related to travel issues. But we arrived the next day around noon to find out that our two days were cancelled. How many times did I make a reservation, paid in full, and only used part of the week? I don't care about the night that we didn't check in, but the second night was cancelled without any consent just when we were ready to use that night.
