In July 2009, I bid on and won an eBay auction for an Apple iPod 2g. When I received the iPod, it appeared to be in good working condition, as promised in the eBay auction listing. However, within the first week, it stopped working entirely. I inquired with the seller and was told that they would replace the iPod upon my returning it to them "with the warranty stickers in tact."
