When the shipment came there was nothing in the box. I called Overstock's customer service center and told them what happened. I was told that the company would have to research my complaint and that could take up to ten days. Then, if they found it to be true, they would ship the product. I was furious because that meant that I would not receive the earrings until after Christmas. I asked if there was any discount I could receive and they said no. I was finally shipped the package in January. I don't feel that I should have had to suffer for their mistake. read full review »
