Very misleading sales practices regarding their trial offer and return policy. No options available after receiving a poor quality product that gave my skin a bad reaction. All was followed by horrible customer service including sarcastic remarks, rude responses, and the rep actually laughed and asked if I was serious when I requested his manager. read full review »
