After being directed to VItalchek by the NY dept of Vital Records, I ordered a few records. Upon checkout, after putting in my credit card number, an ERROR message appeared and was told that my order did not go through and I should try again later. So, I tried again in 5 minutes, placed the same order, put in my CC# and the order went through. Received my conf. # and that was that. The order total was 126.50.
